One address, read by the one person who works here. There is no contact form on this page on purpose — this site has no accounts, no database and nothing that receives a submission, and adding a form just to look approachable would mean adding all three.
Something on this site is wrong
This is the email I most want. Every number published here is meant to be checkable — the kill count, the live count, the figures on each product row — and if one of them does not survive checking, that is a defect, not a difference of opinion. Send the page, the number, and what you think it should be. Corrections get made on the page rather than argued in the reply.
You need help with one of the products
This address is the wrong one, and going through it will only make you wait longer. Each product has its own support channel on its own site, staffed by the person who knows what shipped there. Start from the product board and follow the product to its site.
Business, press or collaboration
Same address, and please put what you want in the first two lines. I read every one of these; I answer the ones that are specific. Anything that begins by asking whether I am interested in an unnamed opportunity does not get past the first line.

Days, not minutes, and sometimes nothing — there is no support team behind this address and no autoresponder pretending there is. If something needs to reach me reliably, say so in the subject line. Nothing sent here goes onto a mailing list; the operator log is opt-in and separate, and what happens to an email you send is written down.
